The difference

Most apps punish the miss.
We design the comeback.

Streak apps turn one slip into failure — a red zero, a broken chain — so you quit. QuietMomentum treats a missed day as normal. Nothing turns red. Nothing resets to zero.

No broken streaks. We celebrate your best so far, never a collapsing counter.
A welcome, not a warning. Lapse, and the app meets you with a calm nudge to restart.
Every comeback counts. The app literally counts them — because coming back is the skill.

“Life happened. Protect the next rep.”

A habit's detail — history heatmap, gentle stats, and The Long View
Calm by design

Everything you need. Nothing that shames you.

Premium, native, and quiet — built to be the habit app you actually come back to.

Act from the Lock Screen

Mark a habit done right from the reminder — no unlocking, no app. Once you’ve done it, the reminder stays quiet. And if life gets loud, reminders get quieter — never louder.

Widgets that check in

Tap a habit done from your Home Screen, follow one habit up close, or keep a quiet ring on your Lock Screen.

Hands-free with Siri

Add habits and check them off by voice.

The comeback, built in

A designed “welcome back” moment when you lapse — never a red, broken streak. One tap picks the habit back up.

Life-shaped schedules

Every day, specific weekdays, a gentle “3× a week”, or a few times a day with a ring that fills as you go. Rest days never break anything.

Forgiving by design

Forgot Tuesday? Tap the day to fill it in. Sick on Friday? Mark a skip — a deliberate rest day bridges your momentum instead of breaking it.

Yours, and private

Data lives on your device and syncs through your own iCloud. No account, no ads, no tracking — and free JSON export, always.

Quiet Palettes

Six calm accents — Periwinkle, Moss, Clay, Dusk, Ember, Ink. You’re previewing them on this page right now.

The whole practice

One picture of showing up.

Progress isn’t a report card. It’s one calm grid where a day fills in if any habit got a rep — showing up as a person, not a grade per habit. Beneath it: reps from the last seven days, comebacks, and your all-time count. Numbers that only go up.

The Progress tab — a merged 'showing up' heatmap, reps this week, comebacks, all-time
The Long View

A year of one habit,
told kindly.

Fifty-two weeks at a glance, a month-by-month calendar that browses back to your very first day, best runs with their dates, quiet milestones, your own one-line notes — and the number habit apps never show you: comebacks, a count of every time you came back.

Then share it: a print-worthy Year Poster of your habit’s year, rendered right on your phone.

The Long View — comebacks, 52-week heatmap, best runs, rhythm
A closer look

Quiet, premium, native iOS.

QuietMomentum Premium

One calm upgrade.
Everything else stays free.

Marking habits done, the recovery moment, back-filling, reminders, export — the heart of the app is free, forever. Premium adds room and depth:

Simple pricing lives on the App Store. Your data is never behind the paywall.

Privacy

Your habits are nobody’s business but yours.

QuietMomentum is local-first and built to collect as little as possible. Effective June 2026.

What stays on your device

  • All your habits, check-ins and settings are stored on your iPhone (SwiftData).
  • If iCloud sync is on, your data syncs through your own private iCloud — not our servers. We run no backend for your habit data.
  • No login, no account, no password — ever.

What we don’t do

  • No ads and no ad trackers, ever.
  • Analytics are anonymous usage signals — which screens get used, never your habit names, never your notes, and never linked to you (via TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first service that stores no personal identifiers).
  • Purchases are processed by Apple; RevenueCat receives purchase/receipt data and a random anonymous app identifier to manage your subscription — never your habits.
  • If you send feedback (from the app or this page), we receive only what you type plus the email address you provide, used solely to reply to you. Nothing else travels with it.
  • Delete everything anytime: Settings → Reset all data in the app, or simply delete the app (remove iCloud data from your iCloud settings if sync was on).
